Simply Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Simply seems to me to be an authentically quality company. They're run like a family business in a way that inspires loyalty. I've had the owner personally get involved with my repair on more than one occasion, and text me from his personal phone to make sure a problem was solved. I'm not sure how they are able to take such good care of customers when they must be busy serving the whole Vegas valley, but I'm impressed at how they manage their customer service at scale. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone.

I want to give credit where credit is due: Simply installed a new 5-ton Amana split-system with new furnace and all new ducts in March on 2025. About 15 months later it stopped working. This is on our family home that my elderly disabled parents live in full-time. I live most of the year in Seattle so the stresses involved in making sure my parents were taken care of while I am out of town were high. After some initial miscommunication between myself and Simply, they sent out their warranty manager/service technician Nate to our home to see why we were having trouble. He not only diagnosed the issues correctly he also noticed some incidental cosmetic damage that may have been caused by the installation crew and insisted on repairing that damage for us as well. Amana (Daikin) and their local distributor stood behind the compressor and replaced the entire outdoor unit with a new one. Not only did they stand behind their product and installation they went above and beyond what is required. As someone who works in the HVAC industry in Seattle I am comfortable recommending Simply to other homeowners who may have older family members in Las Vegas as a company that you can literally trust from 1000 miles away. Thank you Simply for doing a great job! Remember, anything can break, that is why we have warranties. However, just because there is a warranty does not mean that the company you choose to install your new system does not matter. In fact, I would say the company you choose for your installation is far more important than the brand of HVAC product you purchase. With Simply as your contractor of choice you can rest easy knowing that service after the sale is assured.

I had a problem that needed to be dealt with quickly, water/plumbing problem. Simply Cooling Heating & Plumbing sent Byron out to deal with our issue. Simply stayed in communication with status of the service call. Byron showed up, wonderful human being, knew what he needed to do, and solved the problem.
