Nevada Dentistry & Braces

I haven’t had no good experience here !!! I never leave bad reviews . This is the first time I leave a bad review . I don’t like doing that ! I came in for a cleaning. . Got scheduled for a fill . I came in a week later for the fill . I waited almost 2 hours . So I decided to reschedule . I’m in here today . I got taken to the back . Waited an hour . Got numbed , and it’s been over 35 min waiting . I asked what’s going on and they told me if I want to reschedule !! I’m so Angry . I have a numbed mouth and the dr hasn’t came in . Maybe will have to get numbed again and wait another 30+ min . 😫😞 I will not come back here ever again .

First time at a dentist office in my entire adult life that made me feel comfortable and not let my fear of the dentist make my anxiety spike. I am greatful for William the Dental assistant, who was very professional 🙌 hands down. The dentist i seen was Dr. NIKPOUR she was very kind. Didn't cause me any discomfort. I look forward to my next appointment ty. Office receptionist are Nice ;)

The nurses and the doctor were very kind, professional, and attentive during my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and I appreciate their good treatment. However, the receptionist was very rude and had an attitude as if she was doing us a favor, which made the beginning of the experience unpleasant. It would be great to see improvement in the front desk customer service, since it is the first impression of the clinic.

The dr with dark hair couldn't finish my root canal she left an instrument inside my tooth, I had to go finish the root canal with an specialist had to pay more than $600 plus the pain in my jaw for 2 weeks couldn't sleep without oxicodon pills it was terrible. My husband also had job done the the filling came out, I called them and they said he didn't do it there, but it was. Also the girls working in the front act like if they own the place, when it comes to fix something they are helpless. I was late they call me, I got here 15 minutes later, they denied treatment so I had to collect my money back more than 800 hundred. Plus they're not refunding what I pay cash.

I brought my son in for a cleaning, and the service was fantastic. A special thank you to William and Dai for their excellent care and professionalism. I highly recommend this place!
