Verg Restoration

At one of our family gatherings, we noticed water around the toilet in our living room bathroom. I searched online for what to do when a toilet leaks, reviewed several companies, and decided to call Verg Restoration based on their strong reviews and informative online content. Their technician arrived right away. Unfortunately, they discovered extensive damage underneath the bathroom floor. The team clearly explained the process to us and performed a full mitigation to prevent any further issues. While water damage restoration is never a fun process, Verg Restoration team did an excellent job keeping us updated, informed, and prepared for each step. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a water damage situation.

Vasily and the team at Verg Restoration were outstanding. I had an urgent situation around the holidays, and Vasily responded immediately and kept communication clear from start to finish. The crew was genuinely pleasant to work with—kind, professional, and clearly educated in what they do. They didn’t waste time guessing: they identified an issue quickly, explained what they were doing, and moved forward efficiently. What impressed me most was how clean and organized they were during demo and throughout the process. I’m very particular about things being neat, and they respected my space and my standards without me even having to ask twice. If you need restoration work done right, have water leaks, molding spaces, especially in an emergency—Verg Restoration is the team to call.

Vasily, Andre, and the rest of the team at Verg were amazing to work with and completed excellent work. After a burst pipe flooded our basement apartment the team quickly took out waterlogged materials and placed dehumidifiers throughout the apartment. They worked with our insurance to get everything covered and advocated on our behalf. Everyone who I spoke with was professional and respectful. The completed work is high quality with beautiful finishes. They were so great to work with that I will continue to use them for further work on the house. As a woman it can be hard to find a team that listens and respects me. I highly recommend Verg.
