Centennial Sports & Physical Therapy

Highly recommend! Four months ago, I underwent a pretty dramatic surgery where I was immobilized and put in a full brace. As a result, I was unable to walk and required assistance in regaining full leg functionality. I came across positive reviews about Centennial Sports & Physical Therapy, it was the best decision I’ve made! The front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and promptly scheduled an appointment that same day. Their office sends you appointment reminders, which I found extremely useful. Extremely friendly staff, always going above and beyond teaching me new abilities to regain strength. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend giving Centennial Sports & Physical Therapy a call.

Front staff is a problem I had appointment today and without contacting me by email or mail or text they unilaterally gave my early appointment away!!! This appointment was booked weeks in advance due to ongoing pain. The front desk person said there was nothing she could do. She attempted a call to me once and when she couldn't reach me she just gave it away. I gave her my primer insurance that she could verify but she wanted my other insurance to verify, and since she didn't have it on file, she just didn't bother to contact me your attempt more than once she didn't plenty time to send letter in the mail email or text, but didn't bother. I gave this front staff, my premiere insurance number that they could verify but they wanted my second insurance information. And when they attempted to call me once and only once that was it, they just give away my appointment, they didn't call again, they didn't text in an email, they didn't send me a snail mail letter. Nothing. Be careful about that because they're more concerned about insurance than the patient's well being or the patient's pain.

I have been going to Sean and Diane off and on since they started their business in Spokane Valley! They are the best! Everyone that works for them is friendly and ends up being like family. And Teesha at the front desk is just the best!! Do not hesitate to use this physical therapist as he gets great results.

Sean and his crew were especially warm and encouraging. There was always laughter and as much fun as one could have doing P T. I highly recommend this group

I actually look forward to PT! Sean is awesome! He never pushes to far and is just a great guy. I always feel better after my appointments and feel he's doing whats best for my bulged disc and sciatic pain. The front girls are awesome and fun it's like being with family at centennial, i highly recommend!
