Baths R Us

We had a tub to shower conversion done. I love the shower that was installed. It looks great and is a million times better than our old tub. The new shower is beautiful, and I love shower heads. They installed it in 2 days as promised. My reason for the 4 stars is because of the installers, Andrew and Johnny. When they took out the old bathtub, a large chunk of drywall was ripped out. I mentioned this to the installer, and he ended up using some spackle to attempt to repair it. I don’t think he would have fixed it if I wouldn’t have said anything. The installers were not at all friendly and seems liked they’d rather be anywhere else than at my house installing this shower. They didn’t do a very good job of cleaning up at the end of both days. They never cleaned up the garage at the end of the second day and left a trail of dirt and debris from the bathroom out the front door. We also found nails and chunks of drywall on the garage floor and driveway. As expensive as this was, I expected better than that.

Shad and Cole with Baths-R-us did a wonderful job on our shower replacement. We had been having trouble with soft walls and were concerned that we had mold behind the drywall. Ryan, the salesman told us that they would be able to address the problem when they took the walls down and treat it, If necessary. They were very efficient and respectful of our property and cleaned up each day completely. They answered all of our questions and we asked a lot of them. Baths-r-us is a great company to work with when they have such polite knowledgeable, salesmen and installers, and we are thankful for how they took care of our issues.

John and Joe did a great job installing the floor and shower! They were friendly, thorough and cleaned up when finished. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. We look forward to using our new bathroom.

The Installers (John & Joe) who remodeled our bathroom were meticulous and thorough. They cleaned up daily and left the spaces they worked in neat and orderly. The job took 4 days for a complete remodel; and during that time they did consult us on placement of items such as vanity, shelves, knobs and anything else that required a decision. Even though we were initially told it was a 3 day job, we really appreciated the detail put into getting the job done right and we 100% ok with the extra day.

I have wanted to remodel my bathroom for years. I chose Baths R Us because they do not hire subcontractors to do the work. Joe and Chase were great. Prompt, professional, and efficient. They worked well together as a team. I used to have a wall between the vanity and the toilet. They removed the wall. I then got a new shower, a new toilet and a new vanity. I also got new flooring. I am very pleased with the results. I will have Baths R Us come back and do my guest bathroom. Thanks again, Joe and Chase. You guys rock!
