I was not represented properly. The attorney failed to have an open discussion with the prosecutor the whole time before pretrial, but decided to then speak to the prosecutor while he's on the move the day of. Complete incompetence,I explained that I was not winning the case, but needed Van Noy to facilitate the best possible plea bargain, but failed to do so. I do not know what was done for me that a public defender couldn't have provided. The attorney then told me that she spoke to all her colleagues about proceeding with the case, but I was never going to take it to trial. Those hours speaking to the colleagues should have been spent speaking with the state prosecutor.I would not recommend this law firm for OVI even though they say they represent for that.

My son was violently assaulted by a so-called "friend" after a night of partying and tried to leave. The dude assaulted him again and my son defended himself with a pocket knife in a life or death situation. Unfortunately, the attacker died but my son was arrested and in jail for 3 months on 4 indictments. Mr. Vannoy succeeding in successfully defending my son in this self-defense case. This part of the nightmare is over. We thank the team for all their efforts!

He ignored my calls concerning a suit against walmart for selling rotten chicken. He had or has the pictures and refused to call or answer my calls. This is just one way on how he gets his money.
