BIRACS Livery Car Rental

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m truly impressed, but I felt I had to write this, especially for new drivers in New York and anyone new to this kind of business. I had an outstanding experience renting a car at Biracs. Dimitri, the owner, is truly exceptional - He is a professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. He takes the time to guide you through everything step by step, from the inspection process to handling real situations on the road. What really sets him apart is his leadership and dedication. He doesn’t just rent you a car—he makes sure you fully understand the process and feel confident. He also connects drivers with reliable mechanics and is always patient in answering every question. It’s rare to find someone this genuine and committed to helping his drivers succeed. Highly recommended! 👍

Dmitry has been very helpful the whole time I was renting from him. Highly recommended

Dmitry was amazing throughout my entire tenure with him. He was very understanding and his communication was always prompt. I had to leave due to relocation, if it wasn’t for that I would still be with the company. I recommend anyone in need of a vehicle to use his services.
