I recently had my Lexus repaired after needing a new bumper, grille, and right front-end work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Erick was the advisor assigned to my vehicle, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the entire process, and personally called me multiple times with updates and clear timelines—which I really appreciated. What really stood out was the attention to detail. My car has a unique gray color, and they actually repainted the bumper twice to make sure the match was absolutely perfect. That level of care and commitment to getting it right says a lot about their team. I would highly recommend Erick and his team to anyone in the Raleigh area needing quality collision or body repair work.

Sent my to car here since they are a Volvo certified specialist and out car was rear ended. Although in the end the car was totaled, the way the staff handled our case and how they kept us updated with emails and phone calls is one of the best customer service experience I have had with any company. Erick went above and beyond to explain to me how the process works and they how's and why's Volvo operates with collissions. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if I do I know I will not need to worry as they are more than capable of getting the job done.

I was referred to Relentless Collision in Raleigh by Mercedes-Benz back in November because they are one of the few shops certified for MB and EV repairs. While the service seemed decent during the repair process, the after-service experience has been nothing short of terrible. When I finally received my car back nearly 5 months later, the paintwork was a complete mismatch — 3–4 different shades of white. The manager, Randell, told me this was “normal” due to paint age, plastic vs. metal panels, and sun exposure. As someone who buys many cars (especially in Diamond White Pearl), I know this excuse is simply not true. Shortly after, Randell was let go, so I had to escalate the issue directly to the GM, Rick. Rick admitted the car should not have left the shop in that condition and assured me they would make it right. That gave me some hope. After another 6 weeks, I got the car back. While it looked slightly better, it was still far from correct. On top of that, I discovered: Damaged window tint Trunk not opening properly (even fell on my head 3 times) OEM stickers missing from the door Mismatched trunk panels At that point, I told Rick I’d handle the fixes myself if they reimbursed me. He agreed, saying, “No problem, just send the receipts and I’ll cut a check the same day.” Well, it’s now been another 5 weeks since I submitted the invoices, and I haven’t received a dime. I’m out nearly $1,500 fixing issues they caused, and to make matters worse, during my independent lease-end inspection I was told I’ll still be charged by Mercedes for improper paintwork because the car does not meet their standards. Relentless Collision might be “certified,” but in my experience, their workmanship, accountability, and customer service are completely lacking. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect your vehicle to be returned to true Mercedes standards.

A car accident typically leaves everyone frustrated. Relentless explained my courses of action, the pros and cons of each, and I made the decision that worked best for me. Their efforts alleviated the unexpected and mitigated the predicted frustrations in dealing with insurance. After all of that, my BMW looks brand new and drives great.

I wanted a Volvo certified collision place near my home. This office was pristine and welcoming on the inside and professional. They had good, personal communication in a day where no human answers a phone at many other big businesses. Thomas did a great job and inspected what needed to be done when I did not know what all was missing from my car. He helped me at a time that my husband has been incapacitated. They did the work earlier than I expected. I was thinking I'd be without my car for 3-4 weeks.
