Legacy home remodeling did an amazing job!! I had about 9 different window reps ranging from Joyce, Renewal by Anderson, Window Nation, Window World, etc. come by and I went with Legacy in the end, and am very happy that I did! I had 15 windows in my home replaced. The windows that they use are mid to premium grade windows, but after seeing all of the other folks show their windows, I would put these at premium grade windows. There were no major delays and windows were delivered and installed in a timely manner. The installers were great! They paid close attention to detail and the outdoor frames they built were beautiful and done with great skill. We did a walk through in the end and only had minor things to address. If you have ever done any large home remodeling projects then you know that having to resolve only minor things that took 15-30 min to resolve is simply amazing! Am waiting for just a few screw hole cover slides to come in and be installed and then the project is fully complete. I have had neighbors come by and look and absolutely loved the windows and the workmanship! So greatful for Legacy doing such an amazing job! Thank you!!

Working with Legacy Homes has been a great experience so far. Q, who first knocked on our door, was down to earth and very easy to talk to — no pressure at all. Riley walked us through the design process and was so knowledgeable, and Tyler (who she's training) was very nice and super down to earth. The best and most convenient part? We sat down at our dining room table and designed our door in real time, seeing exactly how it would look on our home before making any decisions. No guessing, just seeing it come to life right then and there. We're excited for our home to be used as the model home for this project and even more excited to see the final results. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Legacy Windows! Our sales representative, Riley, was knowledgeable, honest, and answered every question we had. She was upfront about the entire process and never made us feel pressured. Riley also gave us excellent recommendations for replacing our windows and front door, helping us make the best choices for our home. We truly appreciated her professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Legacy Windows to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service!

My experience with Legacy Home Remodeling was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to the level of professionalism that was presented during the sales process. To start with the positive, Darren was excellent during the initial consultation. He was professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and sold me on the idea that Legacy was a company focused on craftsmanship, accountability, communication, and customer satisfaction. Based on that experience, I felt confident moving forward with the installation of two entry doors and a storm door. Unfortunately, the actual installation experience was the complete opposite. Immediately after installation, I discovered an extensive number of workmanship issues throughout the project. I documented more than 30 issues with detailed photographs the same day. These included sloppy and incomplete caulking, damaged molding and trim, improper sealing, scratches and installation damage, poor finish work, improper mitering, hardware alignment issues, debris left throughout my property, and overall craftsmanship that looked rushed and careless. The most concerning issue was water intrusion between the newly installed storm door and rear entry door during normal rain conditions shortly after installation. A brand-new exterior door installation should not leak immediately after being installed. What became even more frustrating was how difficult the company made the resolution process afterward. Communication became extremely inconsistent. Emails and voicemails frequently went unanswered for days at a time, sometimes exceeding five business days. I repeatedly had to follow up just to get basic answers, timelines, or confirmation that concerns were even being addressed. Despite already providing detailed written explanations and more than 30 photos clearly documenting the issues, Legacy still required multiple additional visits simply to “review” problems that had already been thoroughly identified. In total, the project required multiple review visits and additional “service calls” before the installation was finally brought to an acceptable standard. What stood out most throughout the process was the feeling that asking for accountability and proper workmanship was somehow being treated as unreasonable. Instead of feeling like the company was proactively taking ownership of serious installation issues, I often felt like I was being treated as the problem simply for expecting the work to be completed correctly. The company’s final response was also disappointing. Legacy repeatedly framed the situation as routine warranty follow-up and standard service work, despite many of the issues clearly being related to installation craftsmanship and quality control rather than manufacturer defects. At one point, leadership stated they would “use this as an opportunity to improve internally,” which is difficult to hear after spending weeks dealing with repeated workmanship problems, communication delays, multiple visits, and water intrusion concerns. Most frustrating of all was the company’s position that reducing the contract amount would somehow “devalue the work and final product that Legacy Home Remodeling delivered and stands behind.” If the company truly believes the initial installation quality reflected acceptable standards before all the additional corrections and repeat visits, then their standards for craftsmanship are far below what was represented during the sales process. To their credit, they did eventually continue returning until the installation was corrected. But there is a major difference between eventually fixing repeated mistakes and delivering the level of professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience originally promised. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Legacy Home Remodeling to look beyond the sales presentation and ask hard questions about installation quality control, communication standards, and how concerns are handled after the contract is signed.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Taylor Radford, she was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. She made sure to get us what we needed for a price we were comfortable with. Explained industry standards and WHY a premium product is worth the money. The warranty is also a big draw. 10/10 I will be calling her specifically for any of my future exterior remodel needs.
