American Lawn Sprinkler

The wires for the sprinkler system were ripped by a weed wacker and I had not used the company for a while. They were able to setup an appointment based on my availability. They sent two technicians that were very professional and completed the job within about 1.5 hour including changing two heads that were damaged. Overall great experience and I would recommend using their services.

We were concerned about how long it took to get an appointment (over a week). Now we see why. Not only was the technician excellent, American Lawn Sprinkler is excellent also. They kept us informed by email and text as to when the technician would arrive. We had a sprinkler system that had not been serviced in over 20 years. The technician repaired and replaced parts, fixed pipes and now the system is working like new. He did this all in the rain! We were able to pay our bill online and for all the work that was done we felt it was a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

American Lawn Sprinkler exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, Brian was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly focused on delivering results that went above and beyond. The crew handled both plumbing and sprinkler work while I wasn’t home, and I came back to everything completed flawlessly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and treat your home with the same care as if it were their own. Brian, in particular, stood out - extremely timely, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly without any stress on my end. I wouldn’t even consider another company at this point. If you’re looking for reliability, quality, and top-tier service, this is the only option.

We just had American Lawn Sprinklers out to install a new sprinkler system in our yard. (3/4 acre). This company is a rock star! Double 5 stars if I could. Brian came out and gave the most thorough explanation, and the price was reasonable. The workers did terrific work and cleaned up after themselves, which is always a big plus when hiring work out. Brian then came back and showed us how to set up the system to run the way we wanted. (Super comprehensive). We couldn't be happier. Thanks Brian and team, you are the best!

We had a great experience with American Lawn Sprinkler. Our home was a new build, so we needed a sprinkler system, and the discharge from the sump pump needed to be buried and connected to the sewage system. During our initial meeting with Brian, he explained how many zones we would be required to cover our lot size, and he made suggestions for installing sprinklers that would water landscaping close to our house. He also suggested that we consider lighting to highlight our home and to provide safety for our walkways. We added that element to our project and are glad we did. Now that our project is completed, we are extremely pleased with the results. The sprinkler has a controller that is connected to Wi-Fi, so it can be set to skip watering cycles on days when it rains. It can also be controlled remotely via a phone app. The lighting looks great! It comes on automatically each day at sunset and stays on all night. We would highly recommend American Lawn Sprinkler to anyone considering a similar project. Throughout the time we were working with Brian, he kept us updated on when the work would be done, and he coordinated his work with the landscaping company. We made a few minor changes to our project after the landscaping plan changed slightly, and he fairly and accurately adjusted the price to reflect those changes. Note: The photos in this review show the “trickle” sprinklers that were installed to water landscaping close to the house. In the finished project, they are covered with stones and are completely invisible.
