Incredibly disappointing care and unprofessional communication. ​I am writing this review to warn others about the severe lack of professionalism, empathy, and organizational competence at Pain Control Associates LLC in Schererville. Dealing with chronic pain is exhausting enough, but the experience at this office makes it exponentially worse. ​A pain management clinic should be a place of support and relief, but this office only adds to the stress and frustration. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your care. Save yourself the headache and the disrespect. Complete Lack of Patient Empathy & Care The medical staff ( specifically receptionist lady very very rude and totally unprofessional) and administration treat patients like a number on a chart rather than individuals dealing with debilitating pain. Appointments feel incredibly rushed, and any concerns or questions I raised were completely dismissed or met with irritation. There is zero compassion here. I wish I could gave negative 10 ratings.

Dr Gelzayd took over for Dr P and I’m so glad he did he listens and does really care about his patients. He isn’t a pill pusher like most pain drs he tries to get rid of the pain or at least make you comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Gelzayd if you’re wanting to try and get relief/pain free

My previous Doctor retired. It's usually uncomfortable starting with a new Doctor. I've had a few appointments with Dr. Gelzayd and I feel very comfortable with him.I have several issues. He's taken the time to listen to me which is very important, so he can continue to address and care for these issues. I feel he will be a great asset to the practice.

Dr. Parameswar is retired from pain management. he Yeah had me on a pain regiment that worked. The new doctor, Dr. Gelyazd, belittled me for taking so many pain meds. He was more concerned with his medical license in my care. A doctor from the organization he works for prescribed it, and I think it was unprofessional and uncalled for for the way he spoke to me about it hello all right

I started going here around June of 2020. Everyone there is very nice and I have always had a good experience. You can actually feel that they actually care (unlike some other Pain management doctors and staff) and truly want the best for you. I drive an hour each way and it's well worth the trip. It's hard to find a good doctor that actually care so I don't mind traveling to the one I found. Dr. P is a great doctor and deserve more than 5 stars!
