So thankful for this business and all the employees. Anytime we needed them they went above and beyond. So many horror stories we have heard from other people using other companies. Thank you Caribbean you are the best.

They are the best for all our pool needs. You won’t find a better pool company than them! They came out to fix our pool cover same day and very efficiently. I am very grateful because we have little kids so I was paranoid about the open pool. They know what they are doing and I trust only them with our pool stuff.

We got a new liner and new sand in our filter installed in 2022 and upon opening our pool in 2024 the liner was separating from the wall, ripples on the pool floor and along the walls, gallons of water was found behind the liner, sand on the floor of our pool. Carribean has no Warrantee to cover their poor workmanship, poor quality of work, nor are they willing to acknowledge any wrong doing of such poor work. I communicated my concern with Carribean and they stuck by their original response of ground water it’s the cause, no fault of Carribean. They sent out service technicians. 1. They destroyed the drive on my automatic cover and left it in pieces. Broken cords, cover left open because I didn’t want them to do anymore damage. 2. They claimed to have spend 4 hours pumping water from being liner which I noticed no difference from when they initially got there. I bought 2way pump myself and it took me 1 hour to pump water and reattached our own liner. With Carribean Pools, a person learn how to do the work Themselves!!! Horrible Experience with Carribean Pools. And to this day they haven’t shown any attempt to fix or rectify the problem or issue.

I had a great experience with Caribbean Pools. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the person who answered the phone was friendly and extremely helpful. Jason and Nathan McClurg came out to find a leak in my pool, and they were fantastic—very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand and made sure I had the chance to ask any questions. After locating the issue, they clearly explained my options and were able to fix the problem on the spot. Their admin staff is also professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier with their service—highly recommend!

I am celebrating my daughter’s birthday this weekend and ran into an issue with my pool heater not working. When I called in 3 days prior to the party, I was told it could take up to two weeks for service, but Carol went above and beyond—she was so efficient and got back to me right away, expediting my request within just 2 hours of my call. Russell and Kyle came out shortly after and did a great job fixing the issue. Thanks to their quick response and excellent service, my daughter’s birthday celebration will go as planned. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Carol, Russell, and Kyle!
