The woman at the Scale House was aggressive, inadequate, and didn't explain what I needed to do. I haven't seen such terrible treatment without any reason in a long time. This spoils the impression of the company, because the rest of the staff were very good, friendly, and professional. Please do something about this.

I don’t which is more rotten: the teeth or attitude of the ill mannered lady that works the scale. Bad day or not you gotta respect people.

First visit here to junk some alloy rims that I had lying around for 3-4 years. I went as soon as they opened since it gets really busy in a few hours after they open. The entire process took literally 10 minutes (from getting in to leaving the facility). They paid top dollar for my junk wheels. The person who unloaded it as well as the lady behind the counter where friendly. If you have junk to get rid of (including electronics), this is the place to go to.

10/14/2020 10:13 am I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a company employee. The woman working at the scale was extremely rude and aggressive for no reason at all. Her attitude towards drivers and customers is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior damages the company’s reputation and makes people avoid doing business with you. I strongly recommend that management take immediate action and provide proper training or replace her with someone who understands basic respect and professionalism.

Way busier than the old days which is great to see. A little confusing on entry but I see the brick red gate is the office after we didn’t figure it out right away. No picture of that.
