An amazing place! The office staff is extremely timely, they communicate very well, and very friendly. Shoutout to Brittany. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional every single visit. Also, Dr. Howard has been an actual life saver for me. He is an exceptional provider who goes above and beyond to help his patients. I could not ask for a better care team.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience here. My therapist referred me for an ADHD, autism, and OCD evaluation, and even my psychiatrist acknowledged that my symptoms sounded consistent with ADHD, so I was blindsided when my results came back negative. After submitting my paperwork, I had to follow up myself weeks later and didn’t receive results for over a month and a half. When my therapist reviewed the same results, her assessment indicated a high likelihood of ADHD. She then contacted the practice and was told I never submitted all my paperwork, after which they stopped responding to both of us. This all cost $600 with no accountability and no real answers. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a legitimate evaluation.

I've been seeing McKenzie for a couple of months now, and during one of the hardest chapters in my life, she has been a steady source of kindness, patience, and genuine support. Her compassion has made a difference I can't fully put into words. The staff has been just as wonderful, especially Brittany, whose warmth and willingness to help with my insurance paperwork has taken such a weight off my shoulders. Thank you both for showing up for me in ways that truly mattered and for going above and beyond when I needed it most.

How is it that you allow for all of your MD's to be out of office on the same day? Friday May 29th I am unable to get my prescription refilled at another pharmacy due to your doctors being on vacation?! All of them?! We live in the 21st century an E Signature can be done anywhere. Patients pay too much money for this type of unthoughtful service and care!

I’m finishing up my TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) sessions this week, and the entire experience has been wonderful. The process was not painful, perhaps slightly uncomfortable the first few minutes of my first session, but not too bad. They have a large TV loaded with Netflix and music, which according to studies, engaging with something that makes you happy can result in more positive results. Seinfeld and Arrested Development made for quite an effective treatment! I went from severe depression to remission by about the forth week of treatment. Erin, the TMS technician, is a wonderfully friendly person, we shared a lot of laughs! Dr. Fareed who handles my medication management, listens to the patient and takes his time to ensure he fully understands, and also clearly explains everything. CNSL also had no problem with me bringing my frenchie, Blueberry, which definitely was the key 🔑 to a successful TMS, in my opinion! My only suggestion for improvement would be for Dan to adopt a TMS frenchie (or two!) to help ensure all patients can get the full benefit of Frenchie-Assisted TMS.
