We’ve been very happy with the service from this pool company. Their team is professional, reliable, and always attentive. They do a great job maintaining our pool, and we really appreciate the consistency and care they provide. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable pool service!

We’ve had continual problems with this company, not a one-time issue. NUMEROUS times After being told the pool had been cleaned, we found it still green with debris and requiring a return visit. They said chemicals had been added but added it on the return visit after our complaint. Following service, a hose was left attached to the pool system and the equipment was not restored properly. Immediately after, our spa heater, which had been working normally, began showing flow errors and entered a lockout. This was dismissed as a “heater fault” with no responsibility taken. There have also been ongoing chemistry issues, including chlorine levels strong enough to cause skin itching. Despite repeated requests, the company has refused to lock the equipment panel after service. We manage multiple properties and use other pool service companies and have never experienced this level of rudeness, deflection, or repeated disruption to pool systems. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Professional, responsive, and dependable. I contacted several pool companies to install a new pool pump and filter that I had purchased independently. Most local pool service providers declined the job, insisting that I purchase the equipment directly from them or look elsewhere. WRX responded immediately, scheduled the installation promptly, and completed the work flawlessly at a very reasonable price. Their willingness to help, fair pricing, and excellent service earned my trust. As a result, I have decided to use WRX for my ongoing pool maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool equipment installation or pool service.

Please attention. Their response is total lie. The pool had low chlorine when new pool service company took over (I can provide their first report). They serviced my pool for a few months and my whole pool turned brown. When I hired a new company, they measured the chlorine and it was almost at zero. Wrx tech had setup my salt system wrongly causing almost no chlorine generation. No one at wrx took responsibility of it.

Finding a good pool company felt impossible until i stumbled across these guys online. My backyard gets a lot of leaves, and i was so tired of constantly scooping them out myself.
