I had my first visit with Dr. Carol and Andrea, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed, which really helped calm my nerves as a first-time patient. Their kindness and care truly stood out. I also want to appreciate the amazing front desk staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. Their warm attitude made the entire visit even more pleasant from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose this dental office and would highly recommend Dr. Carol, Andrea, and their wonderful team to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I am very pleased with my new dentist. Dr. Jin provided thorough explanations regarding my upcoming appointments. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist with my insurance. They even followed up with a call the day after my appointment.

I cannot recommend Dr. Carol Jin’s Dental clinic enough. All the staff members, including the team at the front desk was very cooperative. Their clinic was very clean and Dr. Jin was very gentle with the check up and cleaning. She was patient in listening to all my concerns and recommended the best way forward by phasing out the treatment to maximize my insurance benefits.
