Honestly they deserve zero stars. They are rude people. They’re workers are lazy and the owner is really incompetent to be running the business. They deserve to lose all their business. If you want to rent an apartment, don’t rent from them. They have poor management skills. I would definitely stick to something more professional like UDR. Ausonio lacks quality customer service and their maintenance staff is a bunch of lazy people who aren’t there to work but only sleep and eat while they are supposed to be working. Low ratings honestly. Very disappointed! Do not count on them! Rent somewhere else!
